Requirements

• Valid LPN license
• Minimum of 2 years in a rehabilitation center
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and assess patients' condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with patient education and support to promote optimal health outcomes
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
• Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and their families about their healthcare needs and treatment plans
