Responsibilities

Supervising or performing comprehensive nursing assessments
Monitoring vital signs
Administering medications and treatments per facility policy and state regulations
Documenting care plans and progress in electronic medical records

Assisting with activities of daily living, mobility and fall-prevention strategies
