About The Position

Travel LPNs assigned to Georgia earn up to $1740/week including non-taxed weekly stipend Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Georgia Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-time Night Traveling Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Team at McRae Women's Facility located in McRae- Helena, GA. Our travelers have opportunities throughout the country and are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Requirements

Georgia LPN license or ability to obtain license
Compact Licensure preferred
Must live 50 miles or more from facility.
At least two (2) years of LPN experience
Must have open availability to travel throughout the state of Georgia as needed per contract needs
Current CPR
Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Nice To Haves

Corrections experience not required, but preferred
Previous travel nurse experience preferred
