Role specifics and benefits: - Core responsibilities: As an LPN in Long-Term Care, you’ll perform essential nursing duties under the supervision of our RNs and physicians. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, recognizing early warning signs of infection or deterioration, and delivering timely, accurate documentation in the patient’s chart. You’ll assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and comfort measures, while maintaining safety standards to prevent falls and injuries.
