Role Specifics and Benefits: - Role responsibilities: As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you’ll perform high-complexity testing across core lab disciplines, including hematology, chemistry, immunology, and microbiology as needed. You’ll validate and report results, conduct rigorous quality control and quality assurance, troubleshoot instruments and analyzers, and ensure specimen integrity from receipt to final report. You’ll adhere to SOPs, participate in proficiency testing, and collaborate with pathologists, clinicians, and lab leadership to support timely and accurate patient care.
