About the role Promote and sell to assigned leisure market in defined geographic region. Generate resort awareness through direct sales and digital solicitation; direct in-person sales calls, tradeshows and networking. Work closely with sales and commercial team to solicit, sell and confirm business required to meet budgeted sales goals.

Requirements

  • Luxury hotel Sales preferred (minimum of 3 years)
  • College Degree – 4 years, or equivalent experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English; other languages a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven sales track record a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target customers from assigned market that will generate business on behalf of hotel
  • Negotiate, draft, generate and confirm/sign contracts that ensure hotel budget and revenue targets are achieved
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and direct sales goals by implementing a territory business development strategy including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment as outlined.
  • Maintain thorough and complete product knowledge of resort and offerings including F&B, Spa and recreation.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of comp set’s Features/Advantages/Benefits.
  • Establish and maintain strong Golden Sales & Catering hygiene including account creation, account traces, contact information, client email lists, bookings, etc. in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
  • Produce and execute quarterly and annual action plans.
