Requirements

  • You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
  • You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
  • You are looking for long-term projects
  • You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
  • You have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and a technical degree is preferred
  • You have at least 5 years of industry experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
  • You have demonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge
  • You possess job-related certifications-First Aid, Safety, Rescue
  • You have the ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipment
  • You must be able to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW
  • You must be able to pick up to 50 lbs., and be capable of working up to 12 hours
  • You have the ability to identify and distinguish colors
  • You possess 10+ years of experience
  • You have possession of OSHA 10
  • You have excavator training
  • You have 100% travel availability

Nice To Haves

  • Possessing a WSA certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement MasTec Communications Group's Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies (Safety Manual)
  • Understand and implement Industry standards (OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS, and ANSI)
  • Ensure safety requirements at your sites and with your crew
  • Oversee the daily operations and quality of work performed at assigned sites
  • Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crew
  • Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership
  • Compile all site-specific closeout documentation for your work effort
  • Upload closeout documentation to customer interfaces
  • Coordinate with the customer representative for site-related activities and maintain a good working relationship with the customer representative
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and actively train/promote learning to all crew members
  • Always maintain equipment and vehicles in operational condition
  • Validate daily timesheets for Management
  • Conduct other duties as assigned
