About The Position

Travel Expense Auditor will be part of a team of auditors processing expense reports in Concur. Expense reports may be for both domestic and international employees. What You Will Do Audit of expense reports, customer service communication with stakeholders of expense reports. Auditing expense reports containing business costs for adherence to Raytheon Technologies (RTX) Policies and US Government Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR Part 31) guidance. Interaction with employees, and Travel Accounting management via phone, email, and direct communication to resolve problems. Interpreting and giving direction to employees within the RTX policy guidelines. This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a high school diploma or AA/AS (or other 2-year post HS training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant applicable experience
  • Experience in an accounting or administrative role in a corporate environment
  • Proven problem solving and decision-making skills demonstrated through communication to peers and management
  • Excellent customer service skills with employees and management teams via phone, email, or direct communication
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision; must work well with others
  • Intermediate skills using both Excel and Word
  • Knowledge or minimum experience with Concur Expense processing

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of financial transaction processing experience
