About The Position
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a commitment to excellence and the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. In this role, you will work a schedule of 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00, allowing for a balance between work and personal time. The assignment length is 13 weeks, providing an opportunity to immerse yourself in the facility's culture and patient population. You will be expected to utilize your skills in various areas, including emergency care, critical care, and patient management, ensuring that you are prepared to handle a wide range of medical situations. Your responsibilities will include performing assessments, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing direct patient care. You will also be involved in the education of patients regarding their health conditions and treatment plans, ensuring they understand their care and are empowered to participate in their recovery.
