About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Technician with Cath Lab experience to join a high-volume cardiovascular team. The ideal candidate will support electrophysiology and interventional procedures while ensuring patient safety, accurate monitoring, and high-quality care in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment.

Requirements

• EP Tech with Cath Lab experience required
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience (3–5+ years preferred for advanced roles)
• Certifications: ARRT and/or RCIS / CI / VI preferred
• Completion of an accredited EP training program preferred
• State Radiologic Technologist license (if applicable)
• BLS required; ACLS required within 6 months
• Strong understanding of electrophysiology and invasive cardiac procedures
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during EP and Cath Lab procedures, including scrubbing, circulating, monitoring, and recording hemodynamic data
• Support electrophysiology studies and interventional cardiac procedures
• Operate Cath Lab and interventional equipment while adhering to radiation safety protocols
• Assist with contrast administration and maintain sterile field setup and breakdown
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
• Provide patient education and help reduce procedural anxiety
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with inventory control
• Perform routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and ongoing professional development
