About the position
VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking experienced Emergency Veterinarians to join our new Traveling Emergency Veterinarian program! The Travel Emergency Veterinarian will serve as a full-time locum veterinarian for our Specialty and GP/ER Hybrid hospitals that are located throughout the country. This program allows you to set your own schedule, enjoy travel to areas of your choice (not limited to a specific region), and still receive the benefits of being a full-time employee!
Responsibilities
- Serve as a full-time locum veterinarian for Specialty and GP/ER Hybrid hospitals.
- Set your own schedule for work shifts.
- Travel to various locations across the country for work.
Requirements
- Experience as an Emergency Veterinarian.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid veterinary license in at least one state.

- Experience with specialty veterinary practices.
