About The Position

VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking experienced Emergency Veterinarians to join our new Traveling Emergency Veterinarian program! The Travel Emergency Veterinarian will serve as a full-time locum veterinarian for our Specialty and GP/ER Hybrid hospitals that are located throughout the country. This program allows you to set your own schedule, enjoy travel to areas of your choice (not limited to a specific region), and still receive the benefits of being a full-time employee!

Requirements

• Experience as an Emergency Veterinarian.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a Specialty or GP/ER Hybrid hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a full-time locum veterinarian for Specialty and GP/ER Hybrid hospitals.
• Set your own schedule and work 12 self-scheduled shifts per period.
• Travel to various locations across the country.
