Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing (Iowa or ability to activate)
- Current CPR certification
- At least 1 year of Director of Nursing (DON) experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
- Ability to travel throughout Iowa, including overnight stays
- Willingness to work in roles such as DON, ADON, or MDS based on organizational needs
