QualDerm Partners is seeking a flexible and dedicated Travel Medical Assistant to support their high-performing dermatology teams across Buckhead, East Cobb, and Midtown Atlanta. As a Travel Medical Assistant, the individual will play a key role in maintaining consistency in patient care across clinics while adapting quickly to different providers, teams, and patient volumes. The ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and step in where needed will directly contribute to a seamless patient experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting
  • Willingness and ability to travel between Buckhead, East Cobb, and Midtown clinics on a regular basis.
  • Strong adaptability and comfort working with different providers and teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
  • Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and general office technology.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical Assistant certification preferred.
  • dermatology experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical support across multiple clinic locations based on business needs and scheduling priorities.
  • Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and documenting medical history
  • Assist providers during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and readiness of all instruments
  • Perform basic lab procedures and handle specimen preparation.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records within the EHR system.
  • Support front and back office workflows, including scheduling and patient communication when needed.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and skincare recommendations.
  • Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for patient care at all times.
