About The Position

This position is in the Office of the Administrator (AO). It is an office-centered position, requiring regular physical attendance at the duty station in Washington, DC. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Travel Activities Program Manager for the Office of the Administrator, providing daily oversight and coordination of travel activities associated with the Administrator's travel plans.
  • Utilize travel systems and cross-cutting controls to identify and resolve technical and administrative issues related to travel activities.
  • Advise Deputy Chief of Staff, Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff, and other travel preparers on the interpretation of governing instructions and unique situations related to the Administrator's travel activities.
  • Prepare and track travel authorizations and vouchers for the Administrator and staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with travel regulations and procedures.
  • Respond to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) document requests regarding travel.
