About The Position

The Travel Consultant for the Global 24 Hour Emergency Desk at Omega World Travel is responsible for providing exceptional travel support and solutions to clients in emergency situations. This role requires a strong background in travel agency operations, particularly in handling VIP and international travel, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of travel agency experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Sabre and Apollo systems.
  • Experience with VIP and international travel arrangements.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 24-hour emergency travel support to clients.
  • Utilize Sabre and Apollo systems for booking and managing travel itineraries.
