About the position
As a Travel Consultant in our Round the World team, you will become an airfare guru! You will help to plan, book and coordinate your customer's next amazing travel experience, all built around multi-stop, complex travel itineraries. You will learn the ins and outs of all things airfares while delivering excellent service, and irresistible deals for every traveller. But it's not just airfares - you'll be the expert for your customer's every need, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, insurance and more! You will be working towards KPI's and incentive targets, therefore building your customer relationships will be critical to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Plan, book and coordinate complex travel itineraries for customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and irresistible deals.
- Work towards KPIs and incentive targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Manage time effectively to achieve the best results.
- Create itineraries and invoices using complex booking systems.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a travel consultant.
- Proven success in achieving KPIs and sales targets, with a TAC of $120k or above and a CSAT score of 84%+.
- Strong organizational skills and time management.
- Ability to handle complex travel arrangements and systems.
- Familiarity with GDS and confidence in learning complex computer systems.
