About The Position
100% out of state Travel. Travel Task Force. $23.00 Per Hour Plus OT. Experienced Cooks. This is a Travel Position. We Pay for Travel and one to two meals per day. You will travel in 6 week rotations. Must Have Hotel or Casino Cook Experience
Requirements
- Ability To Travel and Live in Employee Housing
- Experience on Grill, Fryer and Food Prep
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Help with catering events and special functions as needed
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment
- Setting up, stocking, and breaking down of assigned stations
- Use knowledge of common allergies & dietary restrictions to ensure food safety for guests when noted on tickets- Avoid food waste by observing food storage time and temperature standards- Complete assigned daily/ weekly / monthly cleaning tasks
- Execute safe knife handling skills and safe use of all kitchen equipment
