About The Position

We pride ourselves on fostering an employee-centric culture and are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager for our expanding operations. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all team members deliver outstanding customer service while achieving business objectives. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate staff, manage inventory, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• At least 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in convenience or grocery stores.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
• Recruit, train, and develop employees to foster a high-performance team that excels in customer service.
• Ensure that customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly, creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Analyze sales performance, implement promotional strategies, and work towards meeting or exceeding store targets.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and manage ordering processes to minimize stock-outs.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and prepare reports on sales activities and operational metrics.
• Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.
