This location, operated by Convenience Stores Inc- a subsidiary of Jones Petroleum, is looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated individuals looking to assist in our growing Retail Operation. As a Convenience Store ("C-Store") Crew Member, you will be responsible for keeping your area neat, clean, well stocked and ready to serve our customers. Provide quality service to each guest in a courteous and efficient manner while always displaying a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. Education High School or equivalent Experience & Skills: Previous convenience store experience is preferred. Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction. In addition, you must have good communication skills, and good personal grooming habits. Salary and Compensation: We offer a competitive starting wage. Note: This company participates in the E-verify program. This positions is subject to a 90 day introductory period. This introductory period is designed, primarily, to give both the Company and the employee an opportunity to determine whether the employee will be able to adequately perform in the assigned job position. At the end of the introductory period, your performance will be reviewed and a decision made regarding your continued employment or any extended introductory period. All employees are hired as temporary employees until their introductory period has elapsed. Temporary employees are not eligible for any benefits during the introductory period. Requirements Availability: All positions require open availability and no special accommodations can be made or guaranteed. Crew Schedules are determined by business needs therefore all schedules must be flexible. This position is VARIABLE, which means changing schedules are a requirement of this job. Physical Requirements: Physical requirements include standing up to 8 hours during a shift and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
