About The Position
The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Travel Business and Data Analyst. This full-time position is designed for those who are passionate about driving their career forward while contributing to the operational success of our organization. As a business function expert, you will represent the operational interests of various business units, ensuring that projects align with our strategic goals. Your role will involve identifying necessary modifications during project design and development, providing guidance and training to team members and business partners to enhance performance, and developing and analyzing data models and reports to prepare recommendations for management review. In this position, you will conduct application and technology demonstrations for various groups and levels of management, providing expert advice and counsel to team members and business partners. You will lead activities related to complex analysis, evaluate alternatives, and make recommendations for innovative and effective business solutions. Additionally, you may lead a team to complete specific project tasks, develop project objectives and requirements, and update management on the status of projects throughout their lifecycle. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating and defining test strategies for departmental projects and making recommendations regarding changes and enhancements to applications and technology across multiple business areas. This role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration. Employees are expected to report to an ACG facility for key meetings and team-building events, with specific reporting days communicated by management. The total compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, with additional bonus potential based on performance.
