Responsibilities Travel Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee travel requests. Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotel accommodations, and rental vehicles while adhering to company policies and cost considerations. Reconcile travel expenses, ensuring proper documentation and coding to the appropriate department or project. Provide assistance for urgent or after-hours travel-related issues as needed. Maintain a high standard of customer service when supporting employees during travel. Accounts Payable Assist in processing vendor invoices accurately and in accordance with established financial policies and procedures. Assist in preparing and executing the weekly check run. Assist in reviewing invoices, statements, and payment documentation for completeness and accuracy. Collaborate with buyers, receivers, and vendors to resolve discrepancies promptly. Assist in ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments and maintain positive vendor relationships. Assist with continuous improvement of accounts payable workflows. Qualifications Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service–driven role, preferably with prior travel coordination experience; previous experience in accounting or a related field is a plus. High School Diploma required; Associate degree in Accounting or a related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated accuracy and strong attention to detail in financial and administrative tasks. Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proven professionalism, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide responsive, courteous, and effective support to internal and external stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
