Travel Agent
About The Position
As a Travel Agent at Grail, you’ll be making travel bookings for content creators while arranging travel for our partners on TikTok Go. This is a first of its kind service we’re offering and you’ll be negotiating with hotels, building itineraries, and most importantly driving the direction for this service. This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently and excited by the role of Travel Agent, and also keen to take on more responsibility owning the strategy and direction for this business unit. The role will span sales, travel bookings, strategy, marketing and is a great fit for someone who considers themselves highly organized. You’ll need strong interpersonal skills, as you’ll be working closely with the talent teams as well as hotels. For the right person, we can provide rapid career progression and potential for leadership roles. Grail Talent is a remote company with team members across the US. In particular we’re looking for someone to be able to cover the US market for our team in US time zones.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years experience in a related field as a minimum

Responsibilities
- Booking and organizing travel
- Sourcing partnerships with hotels and other partners
- Defining what the travel agent role can look like as we expand this business unit
- Working with leadership on the strategy and direction for this business unit
- Seeking feedback from creators
- Regular reporting on progress, KPIs, and deliverables
- Become and expert on the nuances of influencer travel
- Working on the TikTok Go project
- Building out the processes to scale travel agency services
- Maintain regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and spot upsell opportunities
