About The Position

This is an exciting temporary role for a Travel Administrator, who will provide support and assistance to the in-house staff benefits and duty travel team, in day-to-day administrative tasks, including financial statements, Omnis audits, bank reconciliations and calling suppliers to reconfirm bookings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years admin and reconciliations experience
  • Travel and Tourism industry experience will be well-regarded
  • Experience with Omnis financial system
  • Familiarity with other travel booking systems is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance to the in-house staff benefits and duty travel team
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Conduct Omnis audits
  • Handle bank reconciliations
  • Call suppliers to reconfirm bookings
