Cleveland Rape Crisis Center (CRCC) supports survivors of rape and sexual abuse, promotes healing and prevention and advocates for social change. CRCC was founded in 1974 in response to Cleveland’s long-standing need for services to assist survivors of sexual assault. CRCC offers services in Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Geauga and Lake counties such as legal advocacy, case management, and therapy services. We also do education and outreach work, to educate the community on sexual violence and human trafficking prevention. The Trauma Therapist provides individual and group therapeutic services to Human Trafficking survivors and sexual violence, as well as to non-offending family members, guardians, and other close supporters. The Trauma Therapist has a minimum productivity requirement and is expected to independently manage a case load to ensure that all clients receive timely services. The Trauma Therapist has experience with trauma survivors, co-occurring disorders, and substance use treatment.
