Full-time position covering 7 Trauma shifts per month at MHMC, a Level III Trauma Center. 1 Outpatient clinic day per week in Larkspur – with opportunity to split into 2- ½ days. Hospitalist Program in place at MarinHealth Medical Center and Sonoma Valley Hospital. New state-of-the-art hospital and ORs at MarinHealth Medical Center. EPIC electronic health record utilized. Employment through Prima Medical Group.

Requirements

  • Board certified or eligible (with intent to become certified within 1 year) in General Surgery.
  • Trauma Surgery fellowship required.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.
  • Laparoscopic skills required.
  • Strong philosophy of excellence in patient care and excellence in the overall patient experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Robotics a plus.
  • New graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Spanish language skills a plus but not required.
