Responsibilities Performs all functions of case finding, abstraction, database maintenance, report production, and patient follow-up for the trauma registry.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree Minimum of Associate in health-related field Required
• No experience required Required
• N/A Required

Nice To Haves

• 1 year experience in medical coding in a hospital setting is Preferred
• 2 years Work experience of at least with strong emphasis on data integrity and analysis is Preferred
• RN licensure Preferred
• Certified Specialist in Trauma Registry (CSTR) Preferred
• ICD-10 certification Preferred
• AIS Certification Preferred
• One year experience in medical coding in a hospital setting Preferred
• Work experience of at least two years with strong emphasis on data integrity and analysis Preferred
