As a Trauma Nurse Coordinator at NARMC, you’ll play a vital role in advancing high-quality trauma care by supporting clinical excellence, performance improvement, and education across our Emergency Department. Job Summary The Trauma Nurse Coordinator works collaboratively with the Trauma Program Manager and Trauma Medical Director to monitor, evaluate, and improve trauma services across the Emergency Department.

Requirements

Associate’s Degree in Nursing
Active RN License (Arkansas or Compact)
2+ years trauma or emergency care experience
BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC, TNCC
Obtain TCRN within 1 year

Nice To Haves

BSN
5+ years trauma or emergency nursing experience

Responsibilities

Conduct trauma chart reviews and identify performance improvement opportunities.
Respond to trauma activations and support ED staff.
Monitor trauma outcomes and analyze registry data.
Participate in education, audits, and case reviews.
Serve as a trauma resource across the organization.
