About The Position

Trattoria’s Servers provide friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, upscale service
consistently to guests. Must possess the willingness to provide friendly service
support to fellow servers while still maintaining precise and coordinated team
responsibilities with the other back of house team members.

Responsibilities

• Order taking, including upselling current promotional items or items suggested by management team
• Delivery, Customer service, Organization and cleanliness of the restaurant both the front and back of the house.
• Required to replenish the dining room items (i.e. salt/pepper, ketchup, etc.).
• The Trattoria server works in a team atmosphere and may be required to bus tables on occasion, and clean up in other areas.
• Understand and execute Family Style Service at all times with all guest and tm.
