About The Position

Come work with us! We are seeking to hire a Trash Tech for a medical facility in Tyler, TX Monday - Friday 5pm-1am $14 per hour Job duties: Collect and transport trash, biohazardous waste, and other materials to designated disposal areas. Properly dispense of waste according to established safety protocols and guidelines. May include emptying trash bins, collecting waste bags, and loading trash into designated containers. Perform some cleaning functions as assigned such as sweeping floors, stairwells, mopping, or disinfecting surfaces.

Requirements

• Must be abe to lift and carry heavy items, stand and walk for extended periods, and may push wheeled containers.
• Prior experience in janitorial or sanitation preferred
• Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and a drug screening test
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
