About The Position
We are hiring Part-Time Evening Trash Porters to service communities in Birmingham. This is a consistent side job that typically takes 2-4 hours each night, allowing team members to earn between $400 and $1300 per month. Immediate openings are available, and paid training is provided. The position operates on a flat-rate pay structure as a contractor. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 8:00 PM, with most team members finishing between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM, and Fridays and Saturdays off. This role is ideal for individuals seeking extra income outside of their daytime schedule, including those with full-time jobs, students, gig workers, and retirees. Requirements
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures

Responsibilities
- Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps
- Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area
- Walk the apartment community during service hours
