There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
Trash Butler is seeking part-time Community Waste Collectors for evening doorstep trash pickup. This role is ideal for individuals looking for supplemental income or part-time work in the evenings. The position involves the nightly collection of trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps at various apartment communities. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates. The work schedule typically runs from 8 PM until the job is completed, usually around 10:30 PM, with some days being shorter or longer depending on the workload. The job is structured for Sunday through Thursday evenings, allowing for a consistent work routine. As a Community Waste Collector, you will be responsible for using a trash tote to collect bagged trash from each resident's doorstep. You will then transport the trash to the community's onsite dumpster or compactor using your open-bed pickup truck. All driving is conducted on-site, and you will be required to use our proprietary field app to check in and out of the community, report any resident non-compliance, and submit nightly reports. Maintaining daily contact with your Field Operations Manager is essential, and you will need to work quietly and efficiently to avoid disturbing residents. Other duties may be assigned as needed. This position offers a pay rate of up to $18-$20 per hour, with opportunities for additional income through the Butler WOW Program and a Referral Bonus Program. Paid onboarding and training are provided to ensure you are well-prepared for your responsibilities. If you enjoy working outdoors, are self-motivated, and can work independently, this could be the perfect job for you!
