About The Position

The Transporter / Patient Transport / DI position involves attending to the patient's direct care needs and performing tasks as delegated by a Registered Nurse. This role works in collaboration with an RN and does not involve independent assignments. The individual will also participate in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives with other health team members and support an organizational culture for Service Excellence, practicing Service Excellence Standards with all customer groups. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
BLS certification or completed at hire and maintain certification throughout employment

Responsibilities
