About The Position

This position requires the ability to read and recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. The incumbent must also be able to write simple correspondence and respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers. Proficiency in accessing and using all department-related computer systems, including Epic programs like Bed Tracking and Service Response (where applicable), and Outlook Email, is essential. Additionally, the role mandates the completion of all required mandatory educational training.

Requirements

• BLS/HealthCare Provider certification obtained within 90 days of hire. – renewed every two years.
