About The Position
The diagnostic imaging transporter will provide essential assistance to technologists, technicians, radiologists, and administrative team by assisting with the throughput of patients experiencing imaging services. Under the direction of the director, manager, or designee (i.e. RN, physician) assists in the care and treatment of patients consistent with training and scope of certification and/or licensure.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED
- Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program or CNA Training program required
- knowledge if basic medical terminology
- BLS within 30 day of hire
Nice To Haves
- One to two years of medical office experience
