About The Position

The Loading Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily outbound operations by safely and efficiently loading delivery trucks within the distribution facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and damage‑free order fulfillment. The associate will work in a fast‑paced, productivity‑driven environment and is expected to demonstrate strong safety awareness, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Basic computer skills (navigating the internet, using a keyboard, opening/saving documents).
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly and up to 150 pounds infrequently .
• Ability to push, pull, grasp, and perform fine motor tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work on uneven surfaces occasionally.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early start times or staying until work is complete.
• Strong performance history in areas such as teamwork, attendance, quality, and productivity.

Nice To Haves

• Basic experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• One (1) year of previous warehouse, loading, or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load delivery trucks with customer orders accurately, efficiently, and in the correct sequence to support route delivery requirements.
• Perform additional warehouse functions as needed, including sorting, staging, replenishment, or basic order handling.
• Operate pallet jacks (manual or electric) as needed to move product safely throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through consistent housekeeping and adherence to safety protocols.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the company’s core values and operational standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, leads, and team members regarding order status, loading progress, or issues requiring attention.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts by offering feedback and supporting process enhancements.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, metric‑driven environment with a focus on accuracy and productivity.
