About The Position

The Transportation Team Lead supervises transport staff and performs duties involving Patient Transportation Services. This position requires initiative and independent judgment. The ability to communicate and receive instructions both verbally and in writing is essential, as well as ensuring they are carried out as directed. The role demands effective communication and interaction with staff at all levels of management and the ability to influence others to accomplish organizational objectives. Additionally, the Transportation Team Lead must be able to engage with a diverse patient and family member population.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of transportation experience.
• BLS certification.
