About The Position

Performs as a system analyst on supported Transportation systems. Conducts analysis of potential system improvements; understands functionality and works with peers supporting the development of test scripts, guiding user testing, documenting of system issues and troubleshooting. Provide leadership including evaluation of the current "As-is" functionality and guidance towards the future "To Be" processes of the software implementation. Manage on-going security structures for Facilities systems users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or management information systems.
• Five years' experience working in Transportation planning software. Experience with basic programming and Microsoft business tools.
• Knowledge of general facilities management and processes.
• Experience providing set-up, configuration of security administration and assigning users to appropriate user roles.
• Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions
