About The Position
Caltrans District 4 (San Francisco Bay Area) Land Surveys is looking for hard-working, productive and motivated persons with a strong sense of commitment to join our Office! Our dynamic team performs transportation surveying including stationary and mobile LiDar scanning, geodetic control work, data extraction, boundary resolution and mapping, drone data collection, geospatial analysis and more! We work throughout the broad spectrum of wonders and challenges of the nine counties of the San Francisco Bay Area (Alameda, Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Solano and Contra Costa). Based on annual workload, delivery commitments, and seasonal needs, from time-to-time assignments may vary in office and field environments. Travel and overtime may be required. Transportation Surveyors assigned to a work location in Alameda, Santa Clara, San Mateo and San Francisco counties receive a geographic pay differential. Licensed surveyors encouraged to apply!
