Transportation Supervisor
About The Position
Supervise employees in the Transportation department that drive the busses. As Transportation Supervisor, you will: Supervise and coach all Transportation drivers within the Transportation Department Transport resort guests along an established route Attend and participate in staff meetings Assists disabled passengers into and out of vehicle Operates radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report disruption of service Clean and service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories Make sure the golf cart attendants are properly signing golf carts in and out Make sure all golf carts are cleaned everyday To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CDL driver's license preferred
- Valid TN Driver's License with passenger endorsement
- Must maintain satisfactory driving records and must take a mandatory defensive driving safety class (Refer to Policy #436, Small Vehicle Fleet Policy).
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
