Main responsibilities: Shaw’s Distribution Center, a proud member of the Albertsons Companies family, is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Trucking Transportation Supervisor to lead operations for our fleet of 100+ CDL Class A drivers. Shift: Sunday to Wednesday – (6AM-6PM) The position will be based in Methuen, MA. Supervise transportation operations and CDL drivers. Schedule, route, and dispatch load efficiently for store deliveries. Ensure driver assignments and operations meet DOT/FMCSA requirements, including Hours of Service compliance. Coordinate closely with warehouse staff for on-time order loading and dispatch. Maintain strong relationships with store managers to ensure exceptional service. Prepare and review weekly/monthly DOT mileage and compliance reports. Enforce safety standards, company policies, and government regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and FMCSA compliance
• Valid CDL Class A required.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a large driver team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and transportation management systems (TMS or onboard tech experience is a plus).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
