About The Position

This position will be responsible to plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of our transportation program for HIA Health, which provides non-emergent transportation. This position is full-time and based out of our Fargo office location.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Must be 25 years of age or older with a clear driving record
• Current driver's license and auto insurance

• Project/Program management or people supervision a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop organizational policies for program.
• Establish and oversee program procedures to meet objectives set by boards of directors or senior management.
• Direct activities of professional and technical staff members.
• Evaluate the work of staff to ensure that programs are of appropriate quality and that resources are used effectively.
• Participate in the determination of organizational policies regarding such issues as participant eligibility, program requirements, and program benefits.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports, such as budgets, personnel records, or training manuals.
• Develop operating strategies, plans, or procedures.
• Monitor performance of organizational members or partners.
• Follows company policies to ensure consistent and compliant job performance.
• Performs all other duties as assigned
