The Transportation Supervisor is the key operations link between the organization, drivers/owner operators, and customers. The primary responsibility is to lead and supervise driver associates to achieve superior customer service and KPI goals. Daily execution of the operating plan, equipment utilization, safety, hours of service, and fuel efficiency Use and ensure TruckMate and PeopleNet systems are updated accurately and promptly Primary on-site supervisor to solve customer service, equipment, driver, and warehouse issues Assists the Operations Manager with managing warehouse and transportation operations Administrative functions such as billing, invoicing, and driver pay Maintain compliance with all DOT and company safety regulations Back up driver for non-DOT, 26-foot box truck Safely drive a commercial motor vehicle (Box Truck) Safely Operate a Lift Gate
