BakeMark is a manufacturer and distributor with 23 branches conveniently-located across the U.S. The Transportation Supervisor oversees daily transportation operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely movement of goods, materials, or passengers. This role supervises drivers and transportation staff, coordinates schedules, ensures compliance with DOT and company policies, and supports continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 2–4 years of transportation, logistics, or warehouse experience
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation safety standards
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities
• Route planning & dispatch coordination
• Team leadership & coaching
• Regulatory compliance (DOT/OSHA)
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Time management

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred
• Prior leadership experience is preferred
