About The Position
Under general direction, incumbent(s) oversees school bus transportation to include supervising bus drivers, bus assistants, and trainers; developing, implementing, and evaluating best practices for student transportation; overseeing and developing training programs; communicating with parents, students and District personnel; planning and organizing staff meetings; and assisting with the development of the transportation handbook. In addition, incumbent(s) maintains transportation records, attends staff meetings, and serves as a reserve bus driver.
