About The Position
The position involves direct supervision and monitoring of Transportation Officers in their performance regarding all aspects of transportation operations. This includes administration, regulatory compliance, officer management, safety and security, customer service, trip efficiency, reporting requirements, risk management, asset management, and adherence to policy and procedures. The role requires effective communication and support of the vision of TransCor America, LLC, ensuring alignment with TCA goals. The supervisor will guide and direct staff in the safe and orderly operation of the defined service, promoting public safety and a secure environment for inmates, detainees, and/or residents. Responsibilities also include ensuring timely and accurate staff training, reviewing operational policies, and maintaining fiscal prudence in financial management.
