About The Position

This position is responsible for supervising and working directly with third party logistics partners and contracted drivers. The Transportation Supervisor executes day-to-day fleet operations, of inbound traffic and outbound deliveries, directing and developing Forklift Operators, and providing quality customer service for all Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota (GESMN) stakeholders within organizational guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• 2 or more years of relevant experience required; preferably in managing the transportation functions in a distribution environment.
• Associate degree preferred.

• Ensure processes and procedures are running efficiently in Transportation and Warehouse operations.
• Ensure that employees receive ongoing training on organizational guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals.
• Follow and hold employees accountable for adhering to loss prevention and safety procedures.
