About The Position

The Transportation Specialist is responsible for transporting patients to/from facility in a company vehicle, staying with them and bringing them back. Transportation needs dependent upon supervisor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Keep the vehicle neat and tidy. Keep gas tank full using company gas card. Be willing to work with other staff for the coordination of patient care. Courteous and professional at all times. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Cleared by insurance
• Motor vehicle check
• This position requires employee to be 25yrs of age
• Random drug screen
• Ability to lift minimum 25 pounds
• Ability to perform job responsibilities in a facility with multiple levels and without elevator or mechanical transportation
• Operates a computer and keyboard
