Your Opportunity, Your Team The Transportation Specialist supports QVC and c oordinates and optimizes carrier shipping operations by forecasting, reporting, tracking performance, resolving issues, and leveraging multiple systems to ensure efficient and reliable transportation support for FCs and carrier partners. Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our Fulfillment Centers several days per month. O nsite days are predetermined and standard across the company. Our Fulfillment Centers are located in Bethlehem, PA; Suffolk, VA and Florence, SC. Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, TN, VA. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. This role is onsite for California team members and will require you to work from our Ontario, California Fulfillment Center daily.

Requirements

College Degree Preferred
5+ years relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

Develops and adjusts daily, weekly, and monthly carrier shipping forecasts using data from multiple sources to optimize scheduling for all FCs and carrier partners.
Delivers timely reporting and visibility to FCs and carriers on pickup needs, equipment, special events, and operational issues.
Tracks carrier performance, addresses on-time pickup issues, and escalates concerns to drive continuous improvement.
Provides expert support to FCs and carriers, resolving transportation system and process challenges as they arise.
Utilizes multiple systems to access and report real-time operational data.
