About The Position

The position involves ensuring excellent guest service by supervising the valet and shuttle bus services for both guests and internal team members across enterprise and Community business properties. The role is crucial for effective guest service, handling and resolving guest issues and concerns, and protecting up to 1,000 guest vehicles. Driving shuttle buses and parking cars as needed is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within guest services or transportation services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage team members and guest interactions.
• Ability to drive shuttle buses and adhere to safety standards.
• Experience in training and developing team members.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the gaming or hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of bio-diesel operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises shuttle services to ensure organized, efficient, and safe transportation of guests.
• Assigns shift routes for shuttle services based on operational needs.
• Monitors driving habits of team members to ensure adherence to driving standards set by the Gaming Enterprise.
• Supervises valet staff and ensures performance requirements are met.
• Conducts routine inspections of shuttle buses and assists with washing them.
• Maintains traffic flow and organization in valet staging and parking areas.
• Completes daily shift reports, attendance, performance reports, and accident reports.
• Trains and develops team members, participating in performance reviews and recommending disciplinary actions.
• Monitors for unsafe conditions and reports findings to appropriate personnel.
• Assists Transportation Services Assistant Manager in training drivers.
